Haitham Jaju

Director

Haitham Jaju is the Director and Co-Founder of Support & Advisory Group Australia (SAGA Disability Services). A versatile and community-minded professional, Haitham’s career spans diplomacy, education, humanitarian work, and disability support. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and English Translation from the University of Mosul, Iraq, and began his career with the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, serving in several diplomatic roles, including at the Iraqi General Consulate in India.

After relocating to Australia in 2006, Haitham joined the Department of Education, where he contributed to the Refugee Settlement Program for more than a decade, supporting newly arrived families from Iraq and Syria—a contribution recognised by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Since 2020, he has applied his leadership to the NDIS sector, managing operations, participant planning, staff development, and quality assurance.

At SAGA Disability Services, Haitham leads HR compliance, governance, and operational quality, and oversees companies financial and operational affairs, ensuring every service meets high ethical and cultural standards. His vision is to create a trusted, inclusive, and compassionate organisation that empowers participants to achieve independence, wellbeing, and meaningful community connection.

Rishin Kumar

Director

Rishin Kumar is the Director and Co-Founder of Support & Advisory Group Australia (SAGA Disability Services). He holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Ballarat, Victoria, and brings extensive experience across the medical recruitment and disability support sectors. Before relocating to Australia, Rishin worked in the United Kingdom as a Senior Recruiter, leading large-scale workforce solutions for NHS hospitals across Wales and England.

Since moving to Australia, Rishin has developed a strong foundation in the NDIS framework, including quality standards, compliance, and participant-focused service delivery. His experience in operational management, finance, staff coordination, and stakeholder engagement enables him to ensure SAGA operates with transparency, professionalism, and empathy.

At SAGA Disability Services, Rishin manager the organisation’s strategic, financial and IT operations and oversees scheduling and complaince, ensuring sustainability and accountability while upholding the highest standards of service quality. His goal is to build an organisation that delivers inclusive, ethical, and person-centred supports, empowering people with disabilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives with choice and dignity.

Laith Jaju

Operations Manager

Laith Jaju is the Operations Manager at SAGA Disability Services, where he leads with passion, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. In his role, Laith oversees day-to-day service operations, staff performance, and compliance, ensuring that participants receive consistent, safe, and responsive support.

His career journey began in customer service and management, working with well-known organisations and family-run businesses before discovering his true purpose in the disability sector in 2022. Since then, Laith has progressed from a Support Worker to a leadership role through dedication, hard work, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

With expertise in person-centred care, community engagement, and team leadership, Laith strives to create a supportive environment for both clients and staff. His long-term vision is to expand SAGA Disability Services across Australia, offering trusted, high-quality NDIS and aged care support. Laith is driven by the belief that success is achieved not just through growth, but through helping others reach their full potential and live meaningful, independent lives.

Siddhi Trivedi

HR and Rostering Manager

As the HR and Rostering Manager at SAGA Disability Services, Siddhi Trivedi plays a key role in overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, Service Scheduling and staff coordination to ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality support.

Siddhi brings extensive experience of over 15 years across the retail, hospitality, healthcare, and disability support sectors. She began her career in the fashion and food industries, advancing through leadership roles, including Store Manager, where she honed her skills in people management, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Her professional journey expanded internationally when she joined the NHS Hospitals in the United Kingdom, where she successfully managed the scheduling and compliance of medical staff across multiple hospitals. Transitioning into the NDIS sector, Siddhi worked as a Staffing Coordinator with NDIS Provider before joining SAGA.

Driven by a passion for people and service, Siddhi aims to enhance SAGA’s culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring both staff and participants thrive within a supportive environment.

Asmaa Yousif

Client Compliance Manager

Asmaa Yousif is the Client Compliance Manager at SAGA Disability Services, where she ensures all clients’ services align with regulatory standards and reflect the organisation’s commitment to quality and integrity.

With over 20 years of experience in management and customer service, and more than 10 years working in settlement programs supporting women from refugee backgrounds, Asmaa brings extensive expertise in leadership, compliance, and client advocacy. Her Advanced Diploma in Community Services (Case Management) has further enhanced her knowledge and capability in delivering ethical, client-focused care.

Asmaa’s vision is to foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement within the disability services sector. She strives to empower both clients and staff through transparent practices, inclusive support systems, and a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for every individual SAGA serves.

TEAM SAGA Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse

Our Registered Nurse is a highly experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant and Abdominal Transplant Coordinator with extensive expertise in Chronic Care, Hepatology, Critical Care, Organ Donation, and Liver Transplantation. Holding a Master’s in Clinical Nursing and Teaching and a BSc (Hons) in Critical Care Nursing, she brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in critical care, alongside 2 years with  Transplant.

A passionate educator and mentor, she is skilled in teaching, policy development, and protocol management, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care. Our Registered Nurse regularly contributes to professional education through teaching programs, webinars, and conferences, sharing her knowledge and leadership in clinical practice.

At SAGA Disability Services, she applies her deep clinical insight and commitment to excellence to strengthen service quality, promote best practice standards, and ensure the highest level of participant care.
